Did an excellent job encapsulating  my home in a timely manner.  They worked in tight quarters and in extremely hot weather with high humidity. Very satisfied with the work and the people!  Only took them about 4-5 hours maybe,  only thing I had to do was paint to match the house.   The original lintel was starting to sag quite a bit and cracking the bricks on the side and the row of bricks over the long garage span were starting to drop as well.  This repair spanned an 18 foot long by 7 foot tall garage opening.  This new beam took care of the problem and the final product looks awesome. You may have to zoom into the before picture to see where the cracks had been.  They are closed up now and only need to be touched up with some mortar repair just to hide the lines where the cracks closed up.   I did add a bead of clear silicone at the base just because of how my foundation is contoured but it's not noticeable in the pictures.  The white garage door seal/ trim was something MDH recommended in place of the cheap material i had originally installed.   I picked it up 4, nine foot pieces at Lowes for $12, roughly $50 total.   You can prime it and paint,  but i thought it trimmed out nicely with the windows. Our 17 year old pool deck was in need of repair after developing some  unsightly and possible trip hazard sized cracks. The team at MDH came out and met with us to answer all the questions we had, which were quite a few. When the team arrived to do the job, we very much appreciated that the owner of the company, Mike, was actually the one here and doing the work.  They were so professional and got the job done in the given time frame. We had MDH come to our home to level it in Oct 2023. Mind y'all, our home was built in 1939/40 and we have water damage from a bad roof job. They came out and gave us a quote, answered all of my questions and was communicative (which people and contractors don't do anymore but MDH does). The guys that came out were awesome! They told me everything they did and even called me to come home to check on a very loud noise. Which was later a window shifted, but we can open it now. I had a great experience with Hannah and Shannon. Please forgive me but I can't remember the guy's names but the whole experience went great. Once we get the front of our home done they will be back out the make sure it is leveled with the rest of the home.
