We purchased a home five years ago and knew there was some settling on the backside of the house but not aware of the extent of it. Fortunately, a friend recommended MDH Foundation and gave me Ray Werhan’s contact information. We scheduled an appointment the same week, and he came out to evaluate the home. He was very professional, and assured us that they would be able to secure the foundation and lift it as well. Three weeks later, a team showed up to complete the work, including the owner, Mike H! They all worked diligently and were able to lift the home with minimal structural damage. Thank you all so much. It gives us great peace of mind knowing the home is stable and that there is a lifetime warranty that is transferable! Highly recommend MDH!

We had MDH come to our home to level it in Oct 2023. Mind y’all, our home was built in 1939/40 and we have water damage from a bad roof job. They came out and gave us a quote, answered all of my questions and was communicative (which people and contractors don’t do anymore but MDH does). The guys that came out were awesome! They told me everything they did and even called me to come home to check on a very loud noise. Which was later a window shifted, but we can open it now. I had a great experience with Hannah and Shannon. Please forgive me but I can’t remember the guy’s names but the whole experience went great. Once we get the front of our home done they will be back out the make sure it is leveled with the rest of the home. I will keep MDH in my emails and phone just in case I might need them again, course, I also recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again for all y’all’s help!!

Ray from MDH came to my home to offer a free evaluation for possible foundation issues. He was thorough, patient with questions, and educational with explanations. He even pointed out –unprompted– what the “other guys” said about my concerns. In the end, Ray showed that the foundation was in good shape and recommended no work, in start contrast to the tens of thousands of dollars recommended by the “other guys”. MDH clearly operates with integrity and customer satisfaction as a core tenet of their business, and, should the need arise, they will be my first call and first recommendation to others. Thank you!

MDH is a company with integrity and desire to help the customer. They conducted a thorough assessment of the problem, provided a knowledgeable solution, and accommodated my scheduling needs. Their foundation repairs have made an amazing difference and I would not trust future foundation needs to anyone else.

My house was sagging in the middle. MDH came out when they said they would and corrected the problem with in a day. The material was top notch and the price was very fair. Chris and his team were professionals. Highly recommended.

Positive: Professionalism.
Kyle came out today to look at what I thought may be potential issues with our crawlspace. After a thorough inspection in the hot/humid weather he gave me my diagnosis. Although he found some things that we could make better he did not see anything of major concern with what I had seen. The honesty to not try and sell me on things or scare me into getting something not vital goes a long way. We will definitely be using Kyle and MDH to address some of the long-term maintenance issues in the future.

I was referred to MDH Foundation by my structural engineer. The team at MDH responded quickly to assess the issue and provide me with a detailed report. Their bid and contract were easy to understand and I found the price to be fair. Throughout the entire process the entire team were professional and responsive. The work was completed on time and as promised. They left the work area as clean as possible. Even after the work was completed they responded to my questions and provided me with a report of work completed. They made the whole process as pleasant as possible. Very professional all the way.

Wow what these pros did is amazing! They were polite and efficient and happy to be on the site. It was wild to watch all the prep, install of the piers and co-ordination between the team members and then the results which were eye popping. Our 2″ crack at the top was following the brick mortar zig zag and then it was back in place just like it was in the original brick laying. Ray was very
knowledgeable and answered all our questions to include getting the sidewalk leveled. The whole team gets 5 stars each!
