What is concrete lifting & leveling and how does StrongHold® Poly Foam work?
We drill small, penny-to-nickel–size injection ports in the slab and inject high-density polyurethane beneath it. The expanding foam fills voids, compresses loose soils, and gently lifts the concrete back toward level. Once the lift is complete, we seal the ports with color-matched grout.
Mudjacking uses a heavy slurry (soil/cement/sand) that requires larger holes and adds weight to already weak soils. StrongHold® Poly Foam is lightweight, hydrophobic, expands precisely, needs much smaller holes, cures faster (often traffic-ready in ~30 minutes), and won’t wash out or shrink like some slurries.

If it’s non-structural flatwork resting on soil, we can usually lift or re-support it.

Most residential projects finish in a few hours, depending on size and severity. StrongHold® Poly Foam reaches handling strength quickly—light foot traffic typically in minutes, vehicle traffic in ~30–60 minutes (we’ll advise onsite).
Lifting addresses the cause (voids/settlement) and closes many gaps, but existing cracks may remain visible. We can seal joints and cracks after leveling to keep water out and improve appearance; cosmetic resurfacing (if desired) is a separate service.
StrongHold® foam is closed-cell and hydrophobic, so it resists water, wash-out, and decay—key for coastal climates. With proper drainage and sealed joints, results are long-lasting. We’ll advise simple upkeep to protect the lift.

Common culprits of concrete repair in Pascagoula include washed-out soils, poor backfill compaction, plumbing/irrigation leaks, tree roots, downspout discharge at slabs, and fluctuating water tables. We’ll identify sources and recommend drainage or sealing to prevent repeat settlement.

Most slabs can be returned close to original elevation. We lift in small increments to protect the concrete. In cases of severe breakage or missing sections, partial lift + stabilization or slab replacement may be safer—your specialist will explain options.
Yes. The foam is inert, non-leaching, and closed-cell. It won’t dissolve in water or contaminate soil. Around pools we take extra care to protect finishes, plumbing lines, and deck coatings.
Injection holes are small (≈⅜″–⅝″) and are patched with color-matched grout. On broom-finished concrete they blend well; on decorative/colored surfaces we discuss the best aesthetic approach before work begins.

Pricing depends on slab size, number of areas, lift height, access, and site conditions. Lifting is usually 40–70% less than replacement, faster, and avoids demolition. We provide a written, line-item proposal and financing options.

Yes—MDH provides a workmanship and material warranty on foam injection. After lifting, keep joints and cracks sealed, redirect downspouts, repair irrigation leaks, and avoid heavy point-loads on unsupported edges. We can schedule quick check-ups if needed
